These terms describe how clinics should use Incloudia as an operational healthcare platform.
Incloudia provides clinic operations software for appointment, queue, payment, prescription, patient document, and follow-up workflows. Clinics remain responsible for clinical decisions, staff training, and local regulatory compliance.
Clinic administrators must keep login credentials secure, assign appropriate staff roles, verify patient consent where required, and ensure patient data is entered accurately.
Payment records, refunds, and emergency fee validation are operational tools. Final financial reconciliation remains the responsibility of the clinic and its payment provider account.
The platform supports healthcare operations and follow-up communication. It does not replace licensed medical judgement, emergency medical services, or required statutory reporting.
